1971 nahmen PINK FLOYD das Album „Meddle“ mit dem eine LP-Seite langen Echoes auf, das von vielen als Grundlagenarbeit für „The Dark Side Of The Moon“ betrachtet wird und daher ein höchst wichtiger Bestandteil des PINK FLOYD-Kanons ist.
Dieser Teil der Box bietet Teile der Originaldemos, als sich das Projekt von „Nichts“ bis zur „Rückkehr des Sohnes von Nichts“ entwickelte sowie eine damals entstandene BBC Session-Aufnahme.
Das Audio bzw. Videomaterial enthält den originalen, unveröffentlichten Mix von Echoes, aber auch Live-Material aus dem Jahr 1971, darunter Songs, die mit Roland Petit und seiner Marseille Ballet Company aufgeführt wurden.
Easter Egg: Meddle 5.1 Remix ist versteckt auf der Blu-Ray/DVD zu finden. Jedoch nur in der Box!
