Ratle That lock-Tour

Bei der Pressekonferenz in São Paulo stellte sich David Gilmour, in Begleitung von Polly Samson, Phil Manzanera und João Mello, sein Saxofonspieler ist gebürtiger Brasilianer, den Fragen der südamerikanischen Journalisten! Die Fragen waren breit gestreut, von Live 8 bis zu seinem Lieblingsgitarristen.

Ganz interessant war, als Manzanera darauf hinwies, dass das ‘Rattle That Lock’ Album zwischen Januar und März diesen Jahres entstand. Also doch sehr geschwind für Gilmour’sche Verhältnisse. Gilmour’s Lieblingsalbum der vergangenen Jahre ist ‘Push The Sky Away’ von Nick Cave. Auf die Frage, welchen Musiker er gern sehen würde, antwortete er, Leonard Cohen.
